Do you contact my builder?

No. We never contact your builder, and we never send a letter for you. Nothing reaches them unless you send it yourself.

Is my quote kept private?

Yes. We do not sell leads, share your details with builders or use your quotes for anything but your check. You need no account for the verdict, and an email address only if you want us to tell you when it is ready.

How is this different from getting a second quote?

A second quote gives you another builder’s price, and two quotes are rarely for the same work: the cheaper one often covers less. We read every quote you have, show what each one includes and leaves out, compare them on the same work, and give you the questions to ask each builder.

Do I need to understand building to use it?
